Although we are a preferred provider with most major insurance companies we are happy to file with ALL insurances to assist you in any way we can so that you may receive the proper benefits from your insurance provider. Please remember that your insurance is ultimately an arrangement between you and your insurance company, and that you are responsible for your co-payment or balance at the time of your service. No Insurance, No Problem
At Allen Family Dental, we understand that not everyone has insurance. To assist these patients, we offer an inexpensive alternative to actual insurance coverage. Our Dental Savings Plan is an in-house plan, solely for patients at Allen Family Dental without outside dental insurance coverage.
