Welcome! We are excited that you have chosen Allen Family Dental for your oral health care needs. When you arrive, you will be greeted with a warm smile and a welcome packet that will help us better serve you. While you’re waiting relax and complete your registration forms. If you’d like to expedite your visit, you may choose to complete these forms online via our secure website. During this first visit Dr. Allen will consult with you to discuss your dental needs and desires. We will need radiographs (x-rays) and we may take diagnostic photos to document your smile. If you had x-rays taken within the last year, please contact your previous dental office to have the records sent to us electronically. We will also perform a comprehensive oral exam. This will include documentation of any existing restorations (fillings etc.) you have. In an effort to ensure your overall oral health we will also perform an assessment of your gums and an oral cancer screening.
